1. Cancellation by the Customer
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to snaturetours@gmail.com or through our contact form.
- Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation:
- More than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus administrative fees.
- 15–30 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total amount.
- Less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation by Exotic Nature Lanka
- In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- Exotic Nature Lanka will not be responsible for additional costs such as flight cancellations, visa fees, or other personal expenses.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Certain services, including but not limited to hotel bookings, transportation, or third-party arrangements, may be non-refundable based on the terms set by the service provider.
- Exotic Nature Lanka will inform customers about any non-refundable components at the time of booking.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Force Majeure
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations or disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
6. Changes and Modifications
- Customers wishing to modify their bookings instead of canceling must contact us promptly. Modification requests will be subject to availability and additional costs.
